  • Others often responded to the version of you that appeared capable. The burden became invisible precisely because you became so skilled at carrying it.

Translation

MAK is a reflective storytelling platform designed to help users explore and preserve moments from their lives.The platform may generate observations, translations, archetypes, themes, patterns, creative works, music, written reflections, or other interpretive content based on information voluntarily submitted by users. These outputs are intended to support reflection, self-discovery, creativity, and personal meaning-making.MAK does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional advice.

II. Reflections & Interpretations

The Archive is designed to function as a mirror, not an authority.All translations, observations, archetypes, themes, patterns, and generated content should be understood as interpretations rather than objective truths. Users are encouraged to apply their own judgment when considering any reflection or observation generated through the platform.MAK does not diagnose mental health conditions, personality disorders, emotional states, or psychological traits.

III. User Ownership

You retain ownership of the moments, memories, stories, photos, recordings, and information you submit to MAK.By submitting content, you grant MAK permission to process and analyze that information solely for the purpose of generating Archive experiences, translations, reflections, and related creative outputs.MAK will never claim ownership of your personal experiences.

IV. Privacy

Your Archive is intended to remain private unless you explicitly choose to share portions of it. MAK will not publicly release personal moments, translations, or generated content without your explicit permission.While reasonable efforts are made to protect submitted information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information they would not be comfortable storing digitally.

V. AI-Generated Content

Some MAK outputs may be generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems.AI systems can make mistakes, misinterpret context, overlook nuance, or generate outputs that do not resonate with your experience.A translation that feels inaccurate should not be viewed as a statement of truth.Users are encouraged to treat generated content as a starting point for reflection rather than a definitive explanation of their experiences.

VI. Creative Content

Future MAK experiences may include creative artifacts such as music, lyrics, visual artwork, written narratives, symbolic representations, or other generated content.These artifacts are intended to represent interpretations of submitted moments and should not be understood as factual records.Creative outputs are inherently subjective.

VII. Early Access

MAK is currently operating in an early-access and experimental capacity. Features, outputs, pricing, availability, workflows, and Archive structures may change over time as the platform evolves.Participation in MAK helps shape the future direction of the Archive.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

By using MAK, you acknowledge that all Archive content is provided "as is" without guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or personal outcomes.MAK shall not be liable for decisions, actions, interpretations, emotional responses, or outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.

IX. The Archive Philosophy

The purpose of MAK is not to tell you who you are.Its purpose is to help you explore, preserve, and revisit the moments that shape who you become.By continuing to use MAK, you acknowledge that meaning evolves over time and that every translation represents one possible perspective among many.

MAK cretes custom anthems based on stories, experiences, or individuals submitted through the application process.Each project is handled based on availability, requested deadlines, and scope.

Application & Acceptance

Submitting an application places your request into the project queue.Projects are initiated based on:

  • Project complexity

You will receive next steps, including timeline and pricing, after your request is reviewed.

Creative Process

Each anthem is a custom creative work.By submitting your story, you acknowledge:

  • Creative work is inherently subjective, and satisfaction is evaluated based on alignment with the original direction provided.

  • Final output reflects both your input and MAK 's creative direction

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on project scope.

Revisions

Each anthem includes a limited number of revisions to ensure the final piece aligns with the original vision.Revisions are intended to refine and enhance the direction established during creative process, not to restart or significantly change the concept.If additional revisions or major changes are requested beyond the original scope, they may require an adjusted timeline or additional cost.

Pricing & Payment

Final pricing is determined after application review.Payment details will be provided before work begins.Projects are initiated after confirmation and payment.

Delivery

Delivery timelines will vary based on project scope and queue position.Estimated timelines will be communicated before work begins.

Refunds

MAK is committed to delivering work that feels meaningful and aligned with your vision.If you are not satisfied with the result, reasonable revisios will be made to improve the final outcome.Due to the custom nature of the work:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun

  • however, if a project cannot be reasonably resolved, a partial refund may be issued.

Usage & Rights

You will receive access to your anthem for personal use.MAK may use portions of the work for portfolio or promotional purposes, with your consent.Public release in The Archive is optional and will always require your approval.

All submitted stories and personal information are treatestrictly confidential.Nothing will be shared publicly without your explicit consent.
